Jordan Jefferson and Jarrett Lee both
Jefferson was #16 QB in '08 and Lee was #10 QB in '07 according to ESPN

Its hard for me to label Dontae Walker as a bust but he definetly declined from a Freshman to a Senior. He couldnt keep his weight under control.
