people get away with murder on a daily basis in N.O. NOPD and the DA's office dont give a rats arse bout some guy getting a broke jaw. just let the jaw heal and move on.

People get away with murder because "noone saw anything". If these people decide to press charges and can get some video of the person who hit them NOPD will do what they can do. Don't assume because the dumbasses in the ghetto dont want to out each other that NOPD does nothing all day. And trust me I'm not a fan of them.
