It's clear you're going to argue that there is no crime on Bourbon or the French Qtr, and if there is, it's not by any locals. Providing you with data searches from the FBI crime database, isn't going to dissuade you, so carry on with your ignorance and blindly believe that NOLA isn't partially to blame for the crime in it's own city, but that it is of simple visitors who suddenly can't control themselves.

It may be just me, but I never thought that sack dragging had the potential to become a widespread crime. Apparently, it does.

Noone is saying that. The residents here are def to blame, ESP the violent crime. My point is said residents aren't committing crime because NOLA allows them to get hammered. These people are uneducated, well below the poverty line etc. You can blame all that on us, but not our drinking laws.

You have poor reading comprehension, right? Your saying that the reason we have crime is because of the way people act in a drinking district. I'm saying that the crime that occurs there pales in comparison to the rest of the city.
