Hes on Tim Brando show now and just said Arkansas plays football like a Big 12 school and that's why they haven't won the SEC

Will be interesting to see how Sumlins offense works in the SEC...will struggle the first year...no doubt...but he will spread it around a little. Of course it won't matter as long as A&M struggles on defense.

I'm not succeeding that our offense will struggle in year one. We have a veteran OL to build around and Sumlin is one of the best offensive minds in the game. Would you think our o would struggle if Holgerson was our coach?
And I'm not saying we won't struggle but I wouldn't assume it blindly

I don't think I am doing it blindly....new QB with little to no college on the field experience....new coach and going against the best college defenses in the country. Personally I think that is a recipe for a rough first year. WVU and Holgerson is a bad comparsion..they have a very good QB...we don't know what we have yet.

crimsontater...I think Sumlins offense will look more like the OU offense he was co-oc of then his Houston offense. He will run some spread but you will see a more balanced attack at A&M...we have a very good OL and good RB's.

Though in all honesty, Arky was the only SEC team to have a multi-touchdown game against Alabama this year.
