Agree.
I'm in no way in favor of bigger government, but if the NCAA is ever going to clean all the messes up they need subpoena power and that would include making them a government agency.
They also don't have to make anyone put their hand on the bible or can threaten them with perjury.
Anybody think Phil Fulmer, Cecil and Cam, Logan Young, etc were truthful?
