Does ESPN know that there's a Cotton Bowl game tonight?

Funny how the game is on Fox and you don't even hear much about it on ESPN. It might as well not even exist to them.

They've given more air time to the Arkansas St vs Northern Illinois bowl than the Cotton Bowl.

That's why I recorded CFB Live today, an hour long telecast and they won't talk about #6 vs. #8. I realize the BCS game is huge but it's not until fricking Monday, our game is in a few hours.

SVP talked about it for like 2 minutes on his show today and made a comment that he must have missed the memo that they were "supposed" to talk about it this week.
He did say though that it was a better matchup than half the BCS bowls so I will give him that bit of credit.

I would consider it a relief. ESPN ruins everything IMO.

They did the same thing last year. I remember trying to find LSU news on ESPN and it was all AU/OR cause Fox has the Cotton and ESPN does the NC.

It really shouldn't matter that this ONE GAME is on Fox, seriously does Espn expect to lose a shite load of money if they talk about the Cotton Bowl?
College football fans are gonna watch it regardless because it's also the ONLY GAME on today, college or pro. This is pissing me off.

The Sportscenter last year started off with 5 minutes of NBA highlights, before the Cotton Bowl was even mentioned.
So yeah, don;t even mention the biggest event of the day until after the first commercial break. Great journalism there.
