No it didn't. The hall I was on....we owned that bitch in 2004.
Parties every night on the 2nd floor. The RA's finally just gave up and let us do it. Ever since then, I'm sure it sucks.

I was in kincompton, that place sucked. Stockard seemed to be more open, I think it had to do with the lay out.
