Are you looking forward more to this NC game or did you get more excited with previous title games?

More excited in the fact that I'm going. Equally excited for being in the game.

I'm looking at this game as possibly the first of back to back BCS titles. I could never say that before with any confidence.

more excited about this game than Ohio State. Think I was more excited for Oklahoma in 03 because it was new.

Nothing against this one, but the 2009-2010 one made me a little more anxious. The whole "it's been awhile" thing...

welcome back crimson chin from bannage.
This game will be remembered for eons for many reasons. first two times ever sec teams play for the NC, especially in the BCS era.
Probably the biggest games for either program in a long time. Our NC in 2003 was huge but playing Bama is even bigger due to sec history.

Definitely excited but 09 was huge. Alabama vs. Texas. Rose Bowl.

More excited in 2003 because it was the first one in my lifetime. Sounds crazy now, but before that year I thought I would never see LSU win a NC in football. Comparable to the Saints' in 2009.
Having 2 losses in 2007 put a slight damper on the season, but I was still pumped for the game.
This one is huge because it'll be our first undefeated season in my lifetime and there will be absolutely no doubt who the national champion really is. I probably will be more pumped this year over '03 because we're playing for a place as one of the greatest college football teams of all time, not just a national championship.

Equally excited
The Bama / LSU game is always my favorite every year.
We get to play it again, for all the marbles in New Orleans. What more could you want in a football game ??

I was more excited about Texas. However, that excitement will shift greatly with a win.

About equal. In a way, the previous matchups were more interesting, but I am just as pumped for this game. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)

2003 had an unbelievable amount of excitement for me... esp because LSU had been so bad not that many years before
2011 is a 9/10 for me. It would be unbelievably sweet to run the table but I admit the first title in memory was the most anticipated
