That wasn't gimmicky at all. It was straight football. We got caught unprepared for their air attack and they tried to take advantage early. Once we started pressing Murray his big plays were limited and we locked down their WR's for much of the remainder of the game.

RB out of the backfield, especially with trent.
i wouldn't try to move the ball with your receivers against our DB's, however. our secondary has seemingly gotten better and better since Nov. 5th.
Feed Trent the ball as much as you can, no matter what. he won't get stopped for negative yardage forever and will break one or two.

This. Freak even said post game that they were expecting UGA to come out running the ball and it caught them offguard. But they adjusted, obviously.

ATTACKING THE LSU DEFENSE, HMMM?
first thing i'd do is throw hand grenades at the corners. then i'd use an m1 abrahms as a fullback. i'd hire the terminator to play tight end. and prolly put general patton at qb. lol....
