Griffin on the Heisman

"Those (websites) wouldn't say I was the winner unless I was the winner because their reputation's on the line," Griffin said. "Some of these sites have picked nine out of the last nine, and 10 out of the last 11. They're not going to just throw out a name and say we hope he wins because he's popular."
We all know that he's probably going to win, but where's the humility? & how funny would it be for him to not win now

I don't see a big deal about what he said.

This guy has more humility than 99% of the players out there. He better fricking win. Heisman is a BS award anyways

The guy is incredible smart. What did you want him to say, "Oh you know, I don't watch ESPN, CBS, ABC or any other station that has anything to do with sports, I don't think I'll win". Everyone in the country knows that he has it all but locked up, whats the big deal about him knowing too?

Your right, he should be like all the other players when they get on the media and pretend to be humble.
He is one of the few players that is actually well spoken and seems to be a nice guy.

I like the guy. Hell of a player. But after the Baylor / UT game he said, "Baylor just won their first heisman trophy". I was like, o really?

He pretty much said he locked it up after the UT game.
