I'd like to get a bit of a preview on some teams besides Alabama/LSU. What do ya'll think Georgia is going to do?

Who is returning?

What about their coaching situation?

Florida has as much talent as anyone, but they are, what 13-11 over the past 2 regular seasons? How do they turn things around? Is Muschamp the man for the job?

You can't judge a coach from their first year. FYI Saban's first year at Bama he went 6-6 and had a wonderful Shreveport Christmas

they lose Demps and Rainey I believe. and they lose their 'savior' Brantley. and lastly, they lose their decided schematic advantage.

no power RB, no playmaker on WR, new young QB. I think they'll struggle on offense. but D will be pretty good.

I know this...........if the SEC wants to make it 7 straight NC's next year somebody better step up OTHER than LSU. LSU has the best chance next year. Bama a long shot. everyone else needs to catch up. Not that we want the sec to be even harder to win but the more good teams the better our chances of keeping the streak going.

SO, where goes LSU and maybe Bama next year so goes the SEC's chances IMO of keeping the streak going.

I think bama loses too many key players after this year. we will see though, others could step right in and not miss a beat. We have seen it here at LSU. It can be done.

That program seems lost for the time being.

I would like to add some insight but will reserve that until an OC is hired.

Let's just say that I just read that the offensive players are not sad that Charlie is gone.

We have a big RB coming in as true FR. Gilly and Mack are also in play now that CW is gone and Driskel is apparently very happy. Gilly and Mack are both pushing 210 right now so we have some bigger back they just didn't get a chance under Charlie for some reason.

WR - we will need to land Agholor and Diggs. If we do we can get them some experience for the future.

RB - We have Matt Jones who is a beast but IMO he's too tall. (6'3" and 220 right now as HS SR). We need to either bring Mike Davis back in the fold or find another big back.

QBs - who knows?

The D should be solid as long as we add some depth at DL and LB.

I'd be a little disappointed if we didn't win the East again. UF is in a fragile position right now. UT/UF/VU, not a lot of distinction there in my eyes. Don't know a lot about Mizzou. 2nd game of the year against SC will obviously mean a lot.

We return 10 of the 11 starters from the D that started in the SECCG. 9 of 11 usual starters. Something like 20 out of 22 on the two-deep.

On offense, we return 7 of 11, 18 of 22.

Who isn't returning?

May be the better question right now. 3 OL, 2 who have anchored the line for a while. We'll be relying on a lot of young guys. Signed 5 or 6 OL in the last class who all contributed very little or took a RS. We already have Theus in this class and apparently things are looking up with Avery Young. They would play immediately I imagine.

The punter and the kicker. Not even sure what to make of that at this point. Great careers overall. Butler was a little erratic after the Ray Guy Award his SO year, but he was good. The downfall of Walsh is well noted.

More importantly, who's declaring?

Orson Charles? Should be the highest projected

Bacarri Rambo? Don't see why he would, won't be drafted in 1st or 2nd I wouldn't guess. JJ has guaranteed Rambo will be back

Sanders Commings? Really became the shutdown corner for the D this year, he was one of the keys to the D in my opinion. Everybody says he's got the NFL build. I could see him leaving

Jarvis Jones? Stock is as high as it may get right now, but he's guaranteed he's coming back. We'll see.

Cornelius Washington? Who knew? Been reported/speculated from multiple places recently saying he's the most likely to declare.

Kwame Geathers? Just b/c you never know what a Geathers will do.

Looking up?
3rd year QB, every WR back

Loads of ppl back on D

2 #1 ranked RBs in the backfield w/ Marshall and Crowell

First year we'll get to see some real Dream Team impact

Oh shite?
3 guys return on OL w/ starting experience. It'll be one big experiment after that.

What if they all declare?

What if we can't stop Latt again?

Recruiting wise?

We're about to close pretty big. I hope.
