I don't think the poster was referring to the fact that LSU and Auburn beat Oregon; it was a reference to the way they were beaten. Oregon offense works in the Pac 12; it clearly does not work against SEC defenses, including one of the more marginal national championship defenses we've seen in the BCS era (Auburn 2010).

there is a reason why USC will be tops of the pac12 when the sanctions are over...because they will be the only ones that can pull big time talent AND play defense to some degree

Not everyone in the Pac 12 runs our style of offense. By the way, we put up more points and held them to fewer points than LSU.
