JUST FOR LSU AND ALABAMA FANS:

When I first joined TD, everyone was a lot more laid back. Don't lie and say different.

Now, granted, none of us could have seen this kind of season ever happening where we have to play twice for the national title.

Still, it got pretty heated in here building up to 11/5, and as much as I can see posters trying to deliberately hold back to keep it from being that bad, it's not working and getting worse. Flamage everywhere from both sides. I'm not saying this is a rivalry. Not saying it won't be in the future.

But tell me one thing you've discovered after 2 months of all this fighting and shite-talking....

On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most), How bad do you hate the other fanbase now?

It was pretty insufferable here leading up to the 2009 national title.

Bama and AU are joined at the hip in the "delusional fan base" club. Followed closely by R Kansas.

The year unfolded like it did made it this way. Had it been AU or R Kansas it would have been the same. FWIW we were pretty rough on AU for the "Cam Newton Purchase" last year.

Next year Bama will go 7-4 and everything will be ok again. We just have to get through 1/9 now.

It is NOT PERSONAL!

0. There's some douchebags on both sides, but they've always been around. I'm enjoying some good natured shite talking with some of the Bama posters.

The LSU fans and I just can't see eye to eye on anything, but overall ... They're an alright group of anti-gumps I guess.

i have always actually liked lsu. if i had to choose someone other than bama to root for in the sec it would be lsu without a doubt.
i was a huge fan of shaq, chris jackson and stanley roberts during the day. man, that cj could shoot!

Most Alabama fans are delusional, full of themselves, have a sense of entitlement about the team, and refuse to see the other side of things.

That's all I'll say.

I think there is a little bit of brotherhood and camaraderie when the two of our teams sit completely ALONE at the top of the college football world.

It certainly hasn't been in the last decade.

In the past 12 years, LSU has gone 5-1 in Bryant-Denny.

Not one whit.

To hate you have to care. I really don't care what some other fan base is doing. I assume that all fan bases have their idiots and that all fan bases are fans of their team.

I try to be as objective as I can, but I tend to look for things to cheer my team about. I certainly don't expect other fan bases to be purer than I am.

Fans are fans. We have our fair share of rantards/meauxrons

And I grudgingly respect your program.

What you really mean is, LSU has to beat Bama twice and Bama just has to split with LSU for the National Title. Just keeping up with the facts.
