maybe he'd be willing to take 2 million 
we have a new facility and the PMAC is slightly less dumpy than in years past thanks to upgrades. We can get recruits, that's a fact. We just need someone hungry to win.

That could be a detractor honestly. Changing jobs to a closeby school can sometimes cause distractions off the court.
