I think you are missing my point. Green had the same crybaby attitude Mitchell has the first half of last season. We sucked. Grant sat him and made him think about his attitude and how it was affecting the team. When he came back he had a whole new attitude and we started winning.

What I'm saying is that now may be the time to have the same sit down for Mitchell. If he gets his act in gear this early in the season, maybe we won't suffer as badly as we did before Green's sit down which was when those early season losses you are talking about happened.
