Respect and Sportsmanship for fellow SEC fans

the quote from the Godfather "never hate your enemy, it clouds your judgment" has always held true for me in sports.
I sat in the Arkansas section for the LSU game on Black Friday, and I was very impressed by the sportsmanship of the fans. Despite being harassed on their way into the stadium, they were not hostile towards us. One of them even gave me a resigning high five when LSU went up 38-17.
For Bama fans, you have the best team in the country not named LSU, and one of the greatest coaches of all time. The reason why we don't want to play you is because you're the team with the best chance of beating us and ruining our perfect season.
All that being said, give LSU the respect it deserves. Just because the media loves Bama like they love Obama, you don't have to listen to everything Robert Smith says.
The only way to silence critics is for LSU to go undefeated and cap off one of the greatest seasons in history. Until then, just stop hating

LSU is getting all the respect it deserves, what are you talking about? Everybody acknowledges LSU deserves to be number 1 like they are, but that doesn't mean we don't want to get a chance to beat that arse in the BCSCG.
