They are predicting bad weather (snow) for the game.
I'd bet on a sloppy lower scoring affair favoring the team with the best ground game, if that happens.

That's all this is, but people want to spin it otherwise. Anyone that can't clearly see he's doing it to motivate an arse stompin is crazy.
