I don't believe I've done anything to the contrary. If I have, I'd like to know.

If you didn't understand the Superman reference, fine. No one here (or at least not I) is going to crucify you for it. But to jump immediately to the conclusion that LSU was referencing a young man's death instead is a huge jump. I know our teams have been back and forth lately in terms of who wins and the games are gaining in terms of importance, but the "ripping out a heart" implication is quite extreme.

I understand Arkansas fans were extra sensitive this week due to what happened in NWA. But what is bothering LSU fans is the immediate accusation by Arkansas fans that LSU players, and their coach, were mocking a player's death. If Jefferson beat on his chest, would that also imply his heart is beating and Uekman's isn't? It seems hypersensitive (but, it wasn't our player, so perhaps it's all justified).

Further, what bothers LSU fans is a lot of this seems to be an effort to detract from what many, if not most, Arkansas fans don't want to admit: their team lost and wasn't as good as they thought/hope. I am sorry for your team/school's loss in regards to the player. But you had to expect LSU to defend it's players actions because well, there is nothing to it. Innocent celebration. That's all.

Some of our fans are hypersensitive, some straight up troll.

Some posters on here have made some great accusations at Petrino for his actions during the game. Running the score up is a red herring in my opinion, we've been rolled before by other teams before this game and he's never reacted this way. I wish he had comported himself better but I'm not shocked at all. In the 4 years he has been here, I've never seen him this shaken, at the press conference and the memorial. He then cancels all of his press conferences before the game. His reaction with Wolfson's question (tacky question, I loathe sideline reporters) shows he has been struggling this week. I think he's been in a bad place and he blew his lid during the game. It's a very human response and those criticizing him have not walked in his shoes.
