I totally understand where all the arguments against a rematch come from.
If Bama had won on Nov. 5, I'd be arguing like hell against a rematch with LSU.
But, the BCSNCG is the ONLY BCS bowl that is not required to include a conference champion. So all this "you didn't win your conference" talk is meaningless.

I'm not hoping for a rematch. If Bama had won on Nov. 5, I wouldn't be whining about who they had to play for a MNC either.
ETA: Here's to the LSU fans who don't care who they play in the championship game. All the rest are just whiny bitches in my book.
