At the moment yes. But if he can return Ole Miss to an annual bowl contender he'll be on a bigger stage and could open himself up to a bigger job.
IMO, I think he's a good fit. He's a coach of a different mold from what they've had in Nutt, Coach O and Cutcliffe. I think a young charismatic coach who wins would get the fanbase interested

He'll get either a) Florida b) Tennessee or C) georgia job at some point in the next three years.
