Anyways let me put into perspective for you Mizzou fans why you aren't being accepted by fellow fanbases. Your trying to find reasons to be accepted such as "yall were a slave state" or "you have a nascar driver from columbia". 95 percent of SEC fanbases don't give 2 shits about that.
If you want acceptance, then prove your school's worth. Not once have any of you mizzou fans tried to defend your program, talk about or defend any traditions you may have, post pics to show us your hot women, etc.
These things show that your school is passionate about football. You have to pack out your stadium, have good tailgating, hot women, and be knowledgable about your team in order to defend them when a fan of another team talks shite. Also know everything about other teams in order to talk shite back.
Texas A&M fans showed all of these factors, they came on here talking shite, showed pride and passion in their team and their traditions. If they would only get some girl cheerleaders they would fit in well IMO.
Hell MIzzou has an all time winning record against every SEC team except UK and UGA. Ya'll have never played Tennessee.
That is something you would be arguing about to prove your worth in the SEC if you were a true and passionate fan, like the rest of SEC fans. I bet you didn't even know that about your own school, and if you did that's pretty sad that you wouldn't use that to defend your own team. Shows very little pride.
Only way ya'll will be accepted is by showing passion and pride, talking shite to other fans, and WINNING football games. Right now ya'll are bottom of the barrell in the SEC, below OM, Vandy, UK and MSU, until proven otherwise.

We don't live in the sourheast nor do we pretend to. These fans won't take us seriously unless we beat LSU or ALABAMA.
I think they are slightly overestimating their talent and slightlt underestimating ours. Keep in mind that that we are the new kid on the block and we are no longer playing iowa state and kansas.

I used to hang with one of Jr.'s daughters when I lived in Nashville. Have you ever been to Sr.'s grave at the edge of Montgomery? You should try to go sometime.
Since you like Eric and Jamey you should check out some of the Red Dirt artists like Brandon Rhyder or Bleu Edmondson.
