Tailgating starting on Thursdays at the latest.

Being loud from before the first whistle until the band has left the stadium.

If this were true, then LSU wouldn't qualify as an SEC team. Nobody is tailgating on a Thursday unless you are talking about a few students sitting on a couch in front of the frat house - at the earliest, tailgating starts Friday afternoon. And regardless of who we are playing, unless the game is close and up for grabs in the 4th qtr., the stadium is rarely full for the end of the game.

I've seen RVs and people setting up on Thursdays. It isn't doable for the majority of fans, but the ones who can, do. Friday night at the latest? Our professors used to let us out mid-day or even cancel Friday classes so we could hit the stadium early.

Some fans leave Death Valley early, but the stadium doesn't empty out like it does at some schools. We have a lot of die-hard fans who are willing to sit through a game we're obviously going to lose, just to support the team.
