Try the entire campus. Prepare to have your mind blown when you start traveling to our campuses.

You haven't really traveled much, have you?

I've been to pretty much all the SEC campuses and they aren't any better than Mizzou's campus. I've even been out to the college bars in Tuscaloosa, Auburn and Opelika and they are complete dives and shitholes.

That's why they're "college bars". They're not supposed to be fancy. But they're fun and have cheap drinks and hot chicks.

If you haven't been to Supper Club in Auburn, then you have no valid opinion on Auburn bars. Auburn doesn't have the "fanciest" of bar scenes. We have places that will get you drunk as hell and give you a good time. If you have a problem with that then you can just get out. Did you go to UT, UGA, Ole Miss bars?

He didn't mean the asthetics of the campus itself. He meant the magnitude of the tents and cookouts and the seas of whatever color of the campus you're at, that stretch for miles around. You'll get 93,000 in Death Valley for any game, and you'll get that same amount outside. Tailgating is serious, gameday is serious. It's gonna take y'all a little while to fit in. That being said, welcome.

I believe he meant visiting the campuses on game day. Going to the campus and going to the campus right before a home game are not at all the same. Watch LSU play an SEC team in Tiger Stadium at night. Show up at least 6 hours before the game starts and walk around the campus. This will give you some perspective. The energy in Tiger Stadium is palpable during a big game. At night, it's even better.

I'm trying to figure out why you mentioned this, and I can't. People don't tailgate in bars. I don't know where bars enter the equation. Do you tailgate in bars up there? If so, you're doing it wrong. If you want a good bar, hit The Chimes (the one just off campus) at LSU. The food is good and the place will be full of LSU fans, but it still has nothing to do with tailgating.

The SEC isn't about who parties or drinks the most. While alcohol is often a factor in the excitement surrounding games, football is still the core. I'd rather watch LSU play on a tiny black and white TV just outside the stadium than on a big screen TV in a bar somewhere. I want to hear the roar and feel the temple shake.

One of the worst sample sizes in the SEC. Until you come to Athens don't act like you know shite
