I don't know if you guys saw the Gene W. ESPN article or not, but he is crazy.

LINK

I thought that was an amazing game last night between two of the best Ds in recent history. I guess people outside the SEC just love shootouts. Oh well, we'll just have to take #6 to try and continue proving that D wins championships.

The Boise St. fans are worse.

That article was horrible to read. I can't believe people love these games with no Defense. This game was tense and exciting the whole way through.

Obviously I'm biased.. but the LSU and Alabama offenses have been rolling up 35+ a game before this. It's like everyone keeps forgetting that point.

Not many folks do. It's been awhile since there has been a game where the defenses controlled the game like last night.Reminded me of good old fashioned SEC football.

Stopped reading after he complained about all the mistakes in our game, then praised the osu game being better. What a joke. Not to mention the best receiver in the country even fumbled into his own endzone in that one.

that was ugly football

LSU's offense was hindered by attrocious QB play. bama's D gets credit, but LSU's QBs were horrible last night. both just had bad, bad games

i bet bama could have scored more, but the game was close and thankfully saban's a-hole is super tight and he hates trying to score if he doesn't have to

Y'all read the comments. Or as many of them as you can stand. Any of those teams would shite their pants if they had to face either bama or lsu.

Well said. OSU or Stanford or both should most definitely be in the NC. It would be a better game to watch.

You obviously dont watch ou games.Even without Broyle they are beast.NO offense is like theirs.Their defense is amazing too.

SEC SUX SEX SUX OU OWNS THE SEC IS EVERYAY THEY ARE THE REAL CHAMPIONS .MARK IT DOWN OU OWNS SEC NOOBS LSU BIG TIME.OU DEFENSE IS BETTER THEN SECS OU OFFENSE IS BETTER.YOU KNOW WHY THEY RANK SEC DEFENSE SO HIGH BECAUSE THEY FACE CRAPPY TEAMS WITH NO OFFENSE.THEIR PROUD OF THEIR CRAPPY WINS AGAINST OLE MISS WHO WAS 2-4 AT THE TIME.Hey domiilse78 didnt lsu pay players to be on their team.YUP i am sure they did..

I wish somehow OU would back into the NC game and LSU beats them down 60-3. Bama will take Boise or Stanford or whoever else thinks they want some.

No they don't. Football is just a derivative of a substitute for war. Google "kicking the Dane's head." It's all about separating your opponent from their will. Like in boxing, the loser's will wants to get off the floor and take another swing, but he can't because he's separated from his will.

What we saw last night was real football. Courage on both sides. Just plain smashmouth and two teams trying to knock the whey out of each other. My team didn't win, but I still enjoyed the spectacle.

It was and anyone who says otherwise is only being a foolish homer of some sort.

It was a boring game to watch for those who did not have a vested interest.

It was not the most exciting game to watch in the same time slot.
