Listening to a lot today, I think those people would say the location of the game has more to do with their pick than Bama being "stronger". I would venture to say that 80% of the people picking Bama would switch if the game was in BR.

I mean, when was the last time a #1 ranked team came into Bama and beat the Tide? Oh wait, that was just last year...Wonder who the prognosticators picked in that game?

I have heard this...but aside from my belief that home field is over rated; I think this is just what they are saying because their gut feeling is harder to defend. I bet most would still favor Bama on a neutral site...albeit a little closer.
