yeah, those FACTS influence your OPINION that LSU is the most dominant program of the last decade
those facts dont impress me or influence me nearly as much as they do you, and my opinion is still that USC and Florida were both better

Even without taking USC's 14 vacated wins into account, LSU's W-L record over the span is identical to USC's despite LSU playing in the SEC.
With vacated wins accounted for, the following programs are all ahead of USC in W/L% 2000-2011, in order:
1 Boise State
2 Oklahoma
3 Texas
4 LSU
5 Ohio State
6 Texas Christian
7 Virginia Tech
8 Florida
9 Georgia
10 Auburn
11 Miami
12 Oregon
13 Utah
14 West Virginia
15 USC
