Oklahoma
Auburn
Ohio State
Doesn't belong on this list.
It's b/t USC and Florida but the most dominant was USC.
maybe not, but if you look at the total games won by Ohio State and OU, and the fact they finished in the top 10 and won their conference almost every year, they were consistantly dominant, even though they never quite reached the top levels of USC or Florida
But if you were to argue that dominant means most top 10 seasons, you could make an argument that OU and Ohio State were the most consistantly dominant of all the programs
I'm not making that argument... but someone could if they wanted to

Dominate Teams don't lose Bowl Games.......especially BCS one's.

Like I said above, I'm not sure how Ohio State and OU are even leading candidates, seeing as though BOTH lost to other candidates (LSU/Florida), not once....but TWICE on the field.

And the fact that LSU whipped both of them head to head means that .........

quote:in inferior conferences. when they met lsu and florida, they lost. bad.
they were consistantly dominant
quote:why artificially limit the discussion that way? because you want to diminish what lsu accomplished.
if you were to argue that dominant means most top 10 seasons
