MSU has the strength to do what they really want to do... but their problem is being in the SECw right this second.

it's extremely difficult for MSU to keep up with the big boys in the SEC in recruiting... and that's that.

past the recruiting, y'all should have ENOUGH resources to be able to be in good bowl games and even SECw contention here and again for sure.

recruiting is the hard thing for y'all.

How does Dan Mullen or any future Head Coach fix this? How can we compete in recruiting against Bama, LSU, and Auburn?

pretty much sums it up. Last year's team was probably one of State's best in years. It just happened to be that LSU, BAMA, Aub, and arky also are playing at the elite level. Any other year in the last decade, we finish higher no doubt.
