I am totally disappointed in Upshaw and I think his arse should sit for what we saw...but comparing this to the bar fight is stretching at best..

No spin. I was annoyed by it. It bothered me. I mentioned that. We also don't know the whole issue. I mentioned that.
To compare it to the bar brawl is ridiculous. One kick to a guy in full uniform with pads and helmet is not = kicking a guy in the face at the end of a fight.
(that said, I don't think that fight warranted the attention it received, not do i think it should have gone to trial)
