It's the line they form to discard their booze on the way into your stadium:

Ok. Well, I'm pretty sure most teams here just pull their bus in off the street right next to the stadium. Its not like there's a big parking lot or some field you walk across to get to the stadium. Streets run right next to it, and across the street are steep hills.

If you're talking about blocking streets and traffic to do this, then yeah, it makes sense that Arkansas doesn't want you to do it.

When Bama played at Arky last year, my friends and I went to where the team arrived, but the bus pulled through a gate into an area by the dressing room entrance where fans were not allowed. There is no such secure area for a team bus to pull into at Bryant Denny, so the Auburn guy who posted this on Twitter is clueless.

How is that different from Auburn Fans and their coaches?

Arkansas won't try to do anything. If we decide to let Auburn have their bush league walk, then you can have it. If we decide you can’t have your little walk than you won't have it.

It's no more complicated than that and if any of you fricking Auburn Fans think differently and try to circumvent lawful authority then you will be clubbed like you need to be and taken to jail. Any fricking questions?

Then explain the difference. Both cults use religion to brainwash young people and both groups' leaders claim "it's a God thing". That is an undeniable fact.

What they can't see from that pic you posted is that the parking lots that appear to be "across the street" from the stadium actually sit about 10 feet higher than the street itself.

Its funny to me imaginging AU fans trying to figure out how to do a Tiger Walk somewhere over there.

The buses pull down into that pit area between the end of the stadium and the practice fields. Fans can't go down there. People are not allowed to congregate in that general area because the sidewalks are narrow and shove people out into the street. Cops are always making people keep moving and stay out of the fricking street there.

From AuburnTigers.com (including bad punctuation):

quote:

As was the case in 2009, the University of Arkansas has prohibited access to the area between Razorback Road and Stadium Drive to non-credentialed personnel both prior to the visiting team's arrival and post-game for the 2011 season. Therefore, there will not be an opportunity for fans, cheerleaders or the pep band to welcome the team to the stadium on game day or gather post-game behind the stadium.

No Tiger Walk...again.

We blocked it in 2009, too bitches.

Final Score:

Arkansas 44, Auburn 23

I think we're in the clear.

The original point some on here tried to make is that nobody has access to that area where the visiting team gets off their buses. It isn't some special rule we made to block Auburn's "great tradition". Its a security issue. We block that area whether we are playing Troy, Auburn, or New Mexico State...its not a policy intended to prevent Tiger Walk.

What about those of us who are neither affiliated with, nor practice, a religion?

If we don't believe "it's a God thing," then what?

So Fred Phelps thinks "it's a God thing" and he's going to hell. And I don't think "it's a God thing" and I'm going to hell.

Looks like we're all fricked.
