There will only be 2 or 3 undefeated teams at year's end, if that. It always works itself out, and this year will be no different IMO.
It's Big12 champs vs SEC champ unless either of those champions blows it by losing a game.

I believe this to be true, but imagine the delicious drama if we did end up with so many undefeated teams.
