You started and pushed the "State has not beaten anyone in the West other than Ole Miss" stat, which was later taken up by other West fans here.

Even though the stat actually makes Ole Miss worse, the butthurt OM fans liked to say that because in your good 2008 and 2009 seasons you were able to bet LSU and Arkansas, so it made your good seasons better than ours.

Well, mission accomplished, as it has now spread outside of TD, even though it is a completely stupid and irrelevant stat. Last year all 4 of those losses were to Top 12 teams and LSU is Top 3 now. Only vs. Auburn last week was State favored, and AU may turn out to be a lot better than people figured. They are currently ranked.

Counting 2010 and now 2011, State/LSU/Bama/Auburn/Arkansas are 52-2 against all others. Even counting Ole Miss, the SEC West was (and still is) the best conference division in college football history.

We finished 2nd in the west in 2008 and 3rd in the west in 2009. Ya'll finished fifth in 2010, and you aren't exactly destined for greatness this year.

Are you mad because ESPN's stat of the night was Dan Mullen's record vs the west?

How is it irrelevant?

Seems very relevant to me. If your coach is gonna run his mouth about Championships and wants to sit at the table with the SEC big boys it's time to put up or shut the frick up.

You had your shot last night. You circled this game on the calendar 2 years ago. You had giant pep rallies and claimed this the biggest game in MSU history......

Then your coach runs out the clock down 3 point at halftime? Puts in your 2nd string QB and runs the ball down 10 with nearly 4 minutes left?

It's a shame what he taught his kids last night. Getting your shite pushed in, jus call it a night boys. Maybe next year, or 2 years, or 15 years...but we'll do it for the state of Mississippi. lol

0-2 this season already. relevance.

When Ole Miss has the talent and coaching, they actually manage to play pretty well and actually beat the likes of LSU. Which is more than I can say for Moo St.

The fact is...Ole Miss fans know their place. MSU fans not so much.
