Every college football fan's favorite player will always be the second string quarterback. It's a phenomenon that I have never fully understood.

It's the grass is greener complex mixed with potential and shoulda been.
Same thing as a man who says he could have been a doctor but is really a cell phone salesman at Wal Mart.

Actually, my favorite player used to be the 2nd string left tackle, but then Chris Capps graduated.
