No its not. Just walk away before it gets to that point. Or, don't break the curfew that is in place to avoid this type of stuff in the first place.

Agree...but it isn't tough to NOT kick him in the effing head when he is on the ground. You've won at that point. Walk away then and it's a non issue.

lol...I'm sure the guy wasn't just throwing random punches at people.

I'm sure the players could have walked away before the guy threw a punch.
