I think the cops would have let this slide, but you have a marine and a guy with a broken neck/back involved who want to press charges. The cops didn't have much of a choice once the media got involved.

I'm pissed that Chizik doesn't have the Auburn cops under control after they arrested 4 guys for robbery.

the marine has been proved to be a liar and other things.
im kinda surprised they didn't take a deal like upshaws girl took.
