Lol... The same guy, Will Folks claimed South Carolina governor Nikki Haley had an affair with him and he had "proof" just like he has "proof" of this happening. The guy is a joke and just wants to get his name and his blog out there. Nothing will come of it, except a lawsuit by the Wingo family.

He first reported the Garcia party before the Chick-Fil-A bowl as well.
Garcia was suspended for that, but no one else has ever reported that story as being the truth.
