I always root against Arkansas, but they aren't a real SEC team so that's okay.

And it's funny when Ole Miss inevitably implodes every year and loses to some POS OOC team.

I can't remember a game where I actually rooted for an SEC team. I could care less about Vandy or Kentucky but I enjoy watching the rest of them lose. I'm an LSU fan. The SEC means nothing to me. I don't see any reason to pull for the other schools on your schedule. The strength of schedule will work itself out. By pulling against Bama, I'm not making them lose. But I enjoy watching them lose much more than win. If you are a true fan of any school, you'll never pull for the teams in your conference unless you just really care what people think and watch ESPN all day long. I personally don't care how the SEC is portrayed or thought of. But pulling for the teams you are competing against makes zero sense at all.

The SEC team is Tenneesse or Auburn. I would hope that they would do the same. I don't trust any UT or AU fan that says they pull for Bama when they are playing another team.

All the time. I rarely cheer for other SEC teams. Why the hell would I do that? I think conference pride is gay as hell. I hate all you mofos.

Yes. Especially after last year I don't care about the other SEC teams. Hope they lose every game. And If I recall correctly alot of SEC fans wanted AU to lose to Oregon.

I haven't read the first 5 pages so I'll just blindly jump in here.

Oregon beating LSU would be funny

Boise beating UGA not funny (I don't want to listen to ESPN suck them off all season)

It really just depends on the game, however I typically pull for SEC teams in bowl games.

I view most OOC games for SEC teams as win/win situations

If they lose I can snicker - if they win then that helps LSU in a small way

If the SEC were a less dominant conference I would probably feel insecure when someone embarrassed themselves against a good team tho

I never activly root against them but there are some teams like Bama and Georgia if they did lose OOC I would take solace by drinking in the honey dew nectar of their tears.

I have but its rare to be honest. I buy into the conference strength idea. I like the idea that for the most part, with some exceptions like a few a-holes in this thread, the SEC is similar to a band of brothers. We hate each other on gameday but we got each others back every other day.

I hated tenn under phat phil, but I am getting past that more and more every time dooley says something hilarious. I thought LSU was a bunch of cuck fricking pieces of shite until I came to this board and have made a lot of Tiger friends.

I do however root against Auburn sometimes. But thats different.

What? Boise beating UGA would be hilarious. Absolutely hilarious.

Though I'm not sure I want it to happen as it would probably be another nail in the Richt coffin and they'd come after Kirby Smart.

If you believe this, you need your head examined. They have already tried to get him once. They will try again. Bank on it.
