Does it cover solicitation or must you receive a benefit???

If a player or someone close to him ask for something from UGa, can he still get a scholly to UF? Would UF be in trouble...

Why would anyone ask GA for money but not ask FL for money?

Thats the loophole now.

Cecil asked MSU for money and then Cam went to AU for free.

I still dont see how a school can get in trouble for doing nothing wrong. How can these schools police recruits activities and their families or agents before they even sign with the school or get on campus?

How can UF get in trouble for signing a kid in February if that kids dad asked Tenn for 30K in November and Tenn says "No"?

Unless Tenn tells everyone about the conversation, which would be denied by the kid and family, how would anyone know?
