He hasn't proven yet that he's a failure and there is a severe shortage of quality coaches out there. Therefore, with his father's name and presence on his staff, it adds bonus points when there are no other options.

Tenn should have won the game last year, they outplayed and outcoached us. Turnovers which I blame on poor coaching and preparation nearly cost us that game. Tenn will be just fine. They just had some discipline issues with such a large group of young guys.
