IMO, there is a distinction between the procedural and the substantive. What by-law did they break? How? Is that a matter of interpretation or did they acknowledge they broke the by-law? I honestly don't know. I didn't care about or follow the Means' fiasco.

Using secret witnesses. Not giving the institution information to defend themselves or self investigate. That's pretty huge. And I know you don't care and don't follow. And that validates my point. Nobody cared. Nobody will if they do what they need to to nail Auburn either.

A lot of their case was based on testimony by a secret witness. There was a by-law at the time(may still be in the by-laws) that they could not use a secret witness in investigations.
