12.) Trey Granier, LB

Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 230
40: 4.63
Vertical: 23 inches
Highschool: Thibodaux (Thibodaux, LA)

Tackles: Junior year, 92
Tackles: Sophmore year, 132

Top Offers:
LSU
USC

Trey is the best pure MLB to come out of Louisiana in a long time. He is very natural and instinctive at the position. He would have alot more offers but he commited to LSU during November of his junior season, a LONG time ago.

Commited..

11.) Derek Edinburgh, OL

Height: 6' 8"
Weight: 335
Bench reps: 21
Vertical: 18 inches
Highschool: Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA)

Top Offers:
Cal
LSU
Mississippi State
Arkansas
Nebraska

As you can tell, Derek is just a massive human being. He is the best OL in Louisiana for 2012 and will definately be a OL in LSU's class for 2012. He wears a size 22 shoe and is only 16 years old. Next Herman Johnson, and if you want a good comparison think a slightly taller DJ Fluker at Bama

My prediction.. 100%

10.) John Thomas, TE

Height: 6' 6"
Weight: 235
40: 4.7
Highschool: Airline (Baton Rouge, LA)

Catches: 35
Yards: 575
TDs: 7

Top Offers:
LSU
Mississippi State
Missouri

John is exactly what you should think of when you think of a prototypical NFL TE, and if you ask anyone who has seen him play in person they will tell you that John will be playing on sundays as a TE someday. He runs so well for such a big kid and has great hands. One of two big time TEs commited to LSU for 2012.

Commited..

9.) Lamar Louis, LB/RB

Height: 6' 0"
Weight: 225
40: 4.5
Bench: 325
Squat: 460
Highschool: Breaux Bridge (Breaux Bridge, LA)

Stats: DNP his junior year

Top Offers:
LSU
USC
Florida
Texas A&M

Lamar is a BEAST. He basically got any offers he had from his sophmore film and being the combine king/RB or LB MVP at every camp or combine he went to. He had to sit out his Junior year for transferring schools after being expelled from Breaux Bridge as a freshmen for driving a car with a gun in it (he says it wasnt his gun). Gonna be a great OLB or RB at LSU.

Commited..

8.) Derrick Raymond, CB

Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 170
40: 4.37 (laser)
100m: 10.48
200m: 21.5
Vertical: 35
Highschool: East Jefferson (New Orleans, LA)

Stats: Has not played a down of HS football

Top Offers:
LSU
USC
Tennesse
Penn St.
Ole Miss
Mississippi State
Cal
Nebraska

One of the most interesting stories you will ever hear. He has had to transfer two or three times since his Fr year of Hs so he hasnt played a down of Varsity football as of yet. But since he won state in the 100 and 200, and great spring practices, he has amassed 46 scholarship offers. Blazing speed, good height, and long arms. Commited to LSU over Nebraska.

Commited..

7.) Davante Borque, RB/WR

Height: 6' 3"
Weight: 205
40: 4.48
Vertical: 35 inches
Highschool: Crowley (Crowley, LA)

Rushes: 221
Yards: 2,336
TDs: 40

Top Offers:
LSU
Texas A&M
Tennessee
Arkansas

Davante is the best RB prospect in LA for 2012, and seeing as how LSU only wanted one RB in this class, we took him. He was initially commited to A&M, until we told him he could play RB here instead of WR and he switched to us. Numbers dont lie, his stats are impressive. Reminds alot of people of a slightly slower Darren McFadden with is tall frame and slashing stlyle.

Commited..

Dayum, he's huge. What are y'all feeding these kids? I've got a feeling he's gonna be a good one.
