I wasn't at Full Moon, I was at Aaron's beside Chuckie Cheese. We rode it out then went outside and it looked so surreal. It literally looked like a bomb went off. The awning from the building just collapsed. Car alarms were going off...there was a truck inside the rubble. It was insane.
I had a video camera and started recording all the damage afterwards. As I ran around the building to check on the girls from Dollar General, I heard the screams from the people trapped inside what was the cooler at Full Moon. When I watch it, you can hear them screaming for help. It gives me chills every time.
I wish I knew which thread I posted my pictures in....but I posted several from inside/outside my work.

I made the comment to my wife as we were riding around that I couldn't comprehend what it would have felt like to walk outside just after it passed and see the devastation.
I had a birthday party at that Chuckie Cheese, back when it was a Showbiz Pizza.
Hope you're working towards coming to some peace with what you went through and have since witnessed. I cannot imagine.
