Or the 4 Super Bowl wins, or the fact he took KC from one of the worst offenses in the league to one of the best in 1 year?
Can't compare him being a head coach to him being only an offensive coordinator.
He will be successful, just not this year(we don't have a QB.)

as a HEAD coach. He's proven pretty damn good as an OC though.

Yep, Weis sucks. He has no clue what he's doing.
