Update 5:50 p.m. - Former Auburn University football player Dakota Mosley was bonded out of the Lee County Detention Center by AAA Bonding Co. out of Opelika on Friday after his first appearance in court.
During the appearance, Lee County Circuit Court Judge Christopher Hughes read the charges to Mosley and fellow suspects Antonio Goodwin, Shaun Kitchens and Mike McNeil, all former AU football players.
Goodwin, Kitchens and McNeil remain in custody at the detention center.

That's going to take its toll on our team next year. Three of those guys were going to have an impact, one of them a huge impact.
