Well, if these ARE the tapes, then we know why the NCAA didnt act on them. Cant hardly hear shite and even if you could there is no real way of validating who it is thats speaking

can't make out the words too well, but the voice sounds like a younger man, not cecil. Sounds like someone made it up for a joke.

My guess is not legit, but who knows. Sounds like it was a tape recording of a voicemail/answering machine message.
Best I can make out is
"Hey John, this is Cecil. What I wanna say about that [something]. Got two offers [something] two hundred thousand, from Auburn. He wants to play there so [something]. Excuse me John he really wants to go up there so [something] a fair price. [something] hear from you soon, you know. When you get this give me a call back."

Rediculous it could be a drug deal taking place under a water fall. It could be Alahunter and and Coonass discussing ways to pay updike. It could be Blue Tuna Tiger and BlueTickHound in the shower discussing conspiracies on the Newtons. Who the hell knows no wonder the NCAA didn't run with this it's laughable.
