Miss.St. ace is gonna be Chris Stratton who was a true freshman last year and showed strong signs that he is ready to become an ace and as for best hitter, I'd go with Cody Freeman who has been injured much of his career. If he can stay healthy, he could be one of the SEC's best catchers. Your turn....

Hitter: Collin Kuhn .336 avg. 16 HRs 52 RBI in 2010

Pitcher(s): DJ Baxendale great closer a season ago.
Ryne Stanek(FR)- Kid is good. Passed on 3rd round money to stick with Arkansas. Hits 96-97 mph on his fast ball. Nasty, nasty pitcher. I fully expect him to be our Friday starter by the time SEC play rolls around.

Crouse will probably be our Sunday starter but our 2 best pitchers are Huber and Morgan. Huber was freshmen all american last year as the closer and Morgan was our closer 2 years ago but had tommy john's last year. Both are on the Stopper of the Year watch list with 2 other SEC pitchers.

5th year senior Matt Smith and Matt Snyder should be our best hitters. Yarborough as a sophomore this year could be dangerous as well. I also am expecting a lot out of Miles Hamblin.

Alabama hitter: Taylor Dugas will flirt with .470 for most of the season again. Pitchet: Adam Morgan will probably be the most consistent. Nobody will want to face Nathan 'Peanut' Kilcrease down the stretch though
