There's no way five SEC teams, including Auburn, have oversigned more than Alabama. Only Alabama oversigns then cuts people/greyshirts/redshirts/etc. There's just no way those facts are right.

You are not really serious are you. These are just gross numbers of those signed on National Signing Day. The real issue, if you want to even call it an issue, is with teams that are signing more players than they have room to enroll under the 85 max scholarship limit.

For example, if team A (pun intended) has 75 scholarship players that are academically eligible to return the following season and then signs 25 new recruits in the spring, there are 15 of those players that will not be able to legally enroll in the fall.

The issue is whether all of those 15 players are being handled fairly.

I'm with you. These facts don't support the other facts. I'm calling BS.
