This appears to have replaced "conference expansion" as this year's off season topic of choice and I am already sick of it.

Big 10'ers have latched onto this like some sort of cause. I guess they think if they can convince the NCAA to outlaw oversigning, they stand a better chance in recruiting against the southern teams.
