a sense of entitlement? Something I've observed on this board is a major arrogance amongst the AR fan base. What has AR done for their fans to express this type of uninhibited attitude? I'm looking for serious answers.

They don't have another nearby SEC fanbase to counter their bullshite. Most of the other SEC schools are near one another.

One Sugar Bowl appearance is more than they've seen in pretty much forever. Cut them some slack. They'll be back at middle-of--the-pack SWC level soon enough.

I agree. I am a huge LSU fan and I am proud of what LSU has done but AR fans act like they should be lumped in with the storied programs like Michigan, Notre Dame and so on. They have never won anything.

If you go from a to b and b >> a...why wouldn't you be arrogant. True we haven't "done anything" but we are going the right direction

I think that you have most of us all wrong. There are a few exceptions, but the majority of us are just cracking jokes.

I honestly feel like this whole Arkansas arrogance thing is overplayed. A few are hogtards, but most are pretty sarcastic.

13 SWCCs

2011 is the year they break the curse and win the SEC and BCS. book it.

sense of entitlement? i haven't noticed that. i have noticed that many (including myself) give them a lot of shite and they reciprocate. i think most of them are OK.

As a Tiger fan who rarely posts I have lived in NWA for 17 yrs now and my only complaint about Arkansas fans is they live in the past. I actually find it refreshing that they are finally talking SEC and not SWC crap all the time. They have a good program, good coach and great facilities. I agree with an earlier posted that one on one they are great fans but collectively ummm not so much. We all love our schools, talk smack and believe in our programs above all else but the hogs need to take one step at a time. You are well on your way. The question is.... can you continue or slip?

The first step in correcting your problem is admitting you have one. It's painfully obvious to all readers that you have a burning desire to dump LSU and climb aboard the flagship. We understand. All who know, yearn to be a part of the greatness that is the Arkansas Razorbacks.

The best first step for you would be to create a funeral pyre for all of that queer purple and yellow garb you wear. It will be like a weight being lifted off your shoulders. Find a sporting goods store, and start off slowly, maybe just a cardinal hat with a white Razorback on the front. When you've accomplished this, come back and let us know how much better this makes you feel. We will then impart further instructions, and possibly coordinates to the flagship.
