Shane is firebombs alter ego. he says what PF can not or does not want to. PF had to acknowledge that shite is hitting the fans when one of his lawyers buddies confirmed to him that Lowder has been indicted. Hence he is covering both sides now to cover the bases

Oh, I know exactly what his problem is. Guys like him are used to being over at Hateville where they can just spout out any lie they want about Nutt and all the other idiots give him plus ones knowing full well that the post was full of at best factual innacuracies, and at worst lies; and they hate people who point out that they are full of shite and post facts to prove it.
The last little lie told by the other idiot is a good example. HDN was at Boise St when our booster overpaid summer workers. The investigation did occur under Nutt's watch, but not the violations. Yet Choctaw can't even be honest enough to admit that fact, instead he has to post that I am the one who doesn't know the facts.
Laughable just like the other day when he and others tried to tell lies about Peyton Hillis never did anything that would cause HDN to feel he was a bad team member.

...and I guess it really doesn't matter that much. Hillis is doing fine, and so is Nutt. Don't get too wrapped up in it. People will say things just to watch you go nuts ...and no pun intended.
I've heard some bad things about Hillis. They were personal issues heard through a 3rd person so I've never been able to confirm the validity of them. That and the fact they are off-the-field issues is why I've never posted them.
If true, not good.

I've heard this as well. Some days Shane is informative, but a lot of the time I think it's just speculation.

Shane lives and breathes college football and I appreciate that but he doesn't have the insider information outside of a typical blogger. He would probably be an actual journalist if it weren't for homerism.

I don't doubt that he has some information on Bama and Auburn from time to time because he and Finebaum talk more often than when he calls in to the show.

I've heard some rumors as well. It's all irrelevant unless certain people try to act like Hillis was a great kid and a great teammate and old Hootie just did him wrong.
